Anson Hu speaks in detail about this original intention
As the composer and producer of the song "Children," Anson Hu expresses during the interview that he noticed compassion being spread about "anti-trafficking" on "Sina Microblog" by celebrities like Yao Chen, and Vicki Zhou, as it had started his desires to the produce such a song.
"Before, if I had stopped at a red light during driving and saw begging children, I would roll down my windows to give them money. However, I later realized that this method is "behind the scenes" type of behaviour, so I would relfect back at my heart, and think about whether or not to give them money. Later, I wrote this song, and hope that it will evoke the love deep inside of everyone."
Anson also indicated that ever since he had worked with Mao-Wei to produce the song, many friends from the entertainment circle had joined in to record the song, and he feels very touched by this.
