What's funny?
Anson brought along his albums as a gift for the hosts, and Ady distributes them for Anson like it was hers!! Also their reaction towards the packaging is hilarous, it's like they never seen a vinyl record (look at Ady's expression).
Ady: "Anson just taught me how to use this album. Just stuff the whole thing in the cd player!"
Anson: "This album is called <Who Cares?>. Who still cares about quality music these days?
Male host: "Who said that? We have been waiting for your new album for so long!"
Anson: "I have a feeling that people don't acknowledge this anymore. A lot of record companies ask me to compose to song that would be hit off to be popular, like <Men's KTV>? So popularity matters, and not so much the music.
Male host: "Like "Women hotel?" (Haha.)

Part 2
@ 1:29 After the Curry Crab dish is done, Anson and Ady fought to answer 1 trivial question about the crab dish.
Anson won and he gets to eat!
Ady repeatedly made a big fuss about Anson winning, for fun. She actually believed it when the host chef said he was going to cut out that specific part, but he fooled her. She made a ridiculous and funny facial expression!

They were not given instructions, but it was to test how well they know their kitchen and food preparation! Anson and male host teams up, and Ady and the female host teams up. They race to each cook their own dish in a limited time. Watch them prepare it!
(I am used to watching Anson sing, not so much attempt to cook. He looks funny. What do you think?)

Chef 1 gave his point to Ady because even though the seafood taste is bland, they still maintained the steps well. Also their vermicelli is still stiff, and not like the other team.
Chef 2 gave his point to Anson because he thinks Ady's soup was priced too high for a bland soup base.
