October 19, 2011 (Aired Date: October 18, 2011) - This episode of [University 大學生了沒] is called "Collection of Asian oversea students." Since Anson did go to New York to study, he is considered as an oversea student! That's why he's on this episode!
There is nothing too interesting in this episode, all Anson does is talking. Most of the episode is the interaction between different University students, so there is a lot of talking about of serious ideas. I wouldn't recommend watching the whole show, except for when Anson speaks.
Enjoy!
Highlights of the Video:
Part 1
@ 6:55 Anson appeared and explained culture differences in producing music.
Anson: "Hello everyone! I will first give my new album as a gift for you! It's a lot of fun New York. The musicians overseas compared to here is very different. Especially when they record Chinese songs, they would get stuck at times. It is highly possible that their "call" to enter a song is different than ours. They would be really good at playing blues, or jazz, but once they record Chinese songs, the overall flow isn't good and they get stuck at times. So before the actual recording, we have communicate."
@ 11:14 What Anson loves about Taiwan.
Anson: "The food in Taiwan is good! People are very friendly. Shopping is great as well. Especially in the Eastern part, there is a small street, I really like the feeling of the street. I love the environment because it's very narrow and the tree are very close to you. When I walk there, I feel very comfortable."
Part 2
There is no Anson screen time here. I posted it in case if anyone wants to watch the whole episide.
Part 3
@ 2:12 Anson's favourite Taiwanese food.
Anson: "What she says about the "King Chicken," or something, I've never tried it before. In Taiwan, what I love to eat is Vermicelli Soup. I also like Pork Belly Buns, and also Cold Noodles. "
@ 6:04 What Anson ate yesterday. (Haha)
Anson: "I ate Chicken steak and fried squash. I ate the whole thing and it was delicious!"
@7:30 What he thinks about the language Taiwanese.
Anson: "I knew quite a few Taiwanese people back then, so I am rather used to it. However, when i first started, they have slang swearing. So I didn't understand that at all."
