November 21, 2011 (Posted date: Nov 19, 2011) - The first 3 episodes of CCTV's show [Dream Choir 夢想合唱團] reviews the recruiting process of the 8 celebrity leaders.

I have only included Anson's recruiting process, and I will not be providing dialogue translations, you won't need it!~

Overview of the clip:
- You will see Anson holding a megaphone and attempting to recruit everywhere he goes along Shanghai!
- Shows clips of contestants and their performances (you will see how amazing they are!)
- Anson always has a very awkward, but cute expression especially during the audition! It also seems like Anson is really tired because we can see that his eyes are really watery. .
- There is a special case where a 64 year old man went for the audition. Even though he didn't make the cut, but he wanted to tell Anson that he represented a bunch of kids who has a disability.
- People of all ages auditioned for this dream choir, it really touched Anson.


@ 17:18 Anson composes a song for the contestant
After the contestant lost his brother, he wrote some lyrics but wasn't able to write the music for it. He asked Anson to write them something. I am really stunned with how Anson decided to approach it. It was very touching. Unfortunately, I don't think he guy made the cut.
